This policy applies to the Fabulous mobile application (available on Android and iOS), which is built as a multi-platform app. It governs our data collection, processing, and your rights regarding data removal.

We are committed to protecting your personal privacy. Below is an explicit breakdown of what we collect, why we need it, and how it is handled.

Information We Collect & How We Use It

Name and Phone Number: We collect your name and phone number during account creation/verification. This data is used solely to authenticate your identity, secure your user profile, and allow you to use the core features of the Fabulous application.
Photos and Files Access: Our app requests permission to access your device’s photos and files. This permission is strictly utilized to allow you to upload, save, or share media within the app according to your active usage. We do not scan, collect, or store your private media unless you explicitly choose to upload it through an in-app feature.

Third-Party Infrastructure (Firebase)

To ensure data security, fast performance, and reliable cloud storage, Fabulous uses Google Firebase as its primary backend infrastructure. Your profile information (Name and Phone Number) and any data you explicitly choose to upload are securely transmitted and stored using Firebase's encrypted cloud services. Google Firebase adheres to strict industry-standard security regulations.

2. Data Deletion & Pull Policy (Account Removal)

In accordance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store developer guidelines, Fabulous provides a transparent and frictionless mechanism for users to request the complete deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you no longer wish to use Fabulous and want your personal information scrubbed entirely from our databases, you can submit a deletion request via either of the following methods:

In-App Deletion: Navigate to your Account Settings page inside the Fabulous application and select the "Delete Account" option.
Email Request: Send an explicit email request from your registered contact details to our support desk at: info@outfit.sa with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - Fabulous". Include your registered name and phone number.

Data Retention & Processing Timeline

Once an account deletion request is triggered through the app or verified via email support:

Your personal data (Name and Phone Number) will be completely purged from our active Google Firebase database instances.
Any access tokens or cached session files associated with your device will be invalidated immediately.
The full data purging process will be completed within 7 business days of your initial request.

3. Security

The security of your personal data is important to us. We implement standard physical, managerial, and technical safeguards provided by our Firebase infrastructure to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information.
